Overview
By working with Northway Web Studio ("we", "us"), you ("client", "you") agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to keep expectations clear and the process smooth.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is simple and transparent. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following applies:
Starter Website: $699 (one-time payment)
Monthly Care & Hosting: $39/month (optional)
If you request additional pages, custom functionality, or special integrations, we will provide a quote before work begins.
What the One-Time Website Price Includes
The one-time website build is designed for local service businesses that need a fast, credible online presence. Your build typically includes:
- One-page professional website (desktop + mobile responsive)
- Clean design aligned with your business branding (colors, feel, layout)
- Core sections such as services, about, trust signals, and contact
- Click-to-call and contact form setup
- Basic on-page SEO foundations (titles, descriptions, headings)
- Performance-focused build (fast loading, simple structure)
If you want extras like more pages, booking systems, advanced SEO, or custom features, we’ll quote it separately.
Optional Monthly Care & Hosting
Monthly care is optional and can be cancelled at any time. It's for clients who want us to handle hosting and ongoing upkeep. If you choose monthly care, it typically includes:
- Secure hosting and domain management
- Updates and backups
- Basic content edits/support (reasonable small changes)
If you cancel your Monthly Care & Hosting subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Once the subscription is no longer active, you become responsible for your own hosting arrangement and domain renewal (see below).
Hosting & Domain Responsibility
If you do not subscribe to Monthly Care & Hosting, or if your subscription is cancelled or becomes inactive, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining your own web hosting
- Registering and renewing your own domain name
- Managing DNS settings and SSL certificates
- Performing any ongoing website updates, backups, or security maintenance
We will provide you with the completed website files so you can host the site with the provider of your choice. Northway Web Studio is not responsible for any downtime, domain expiry, or data loss that occurs once hosting responsibility transfers to you.
Timeline & Delivery
Typical delivery is within 14 business days once we receive the information needed to build your website. Delays can occur if key details or approvals are missing.
Client Responsibilities
To complete your project on time, you agree to provide the required information (business details, services, contact info, images/logos if available) and to respond to questions or requests for approval in a reasonable timeframe.
Revisions
Your build includes reasonable revisions to ensure the website matches your business and looks professional. Major redesign requests or scope changes may require an additional quote.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because websites are custom work, refunds are handled case-by-case. If a project is cancelled after work has started, completed work may be billed proportionally.
Results & Disclaimers
We build websites designed to improve credibility and make it easier for customers to contact you. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic volume, or revenue.
